As a precautionary measure, we always create two copies of your recovered data and retain them for 7 days. We will only delete the copies after receiving confirmation from you. If the data that we have provided to you becomes damaged within this time frame, you can request another copy from us at no additional cost. However, if you lose the data after the 7-day period has passed, you will be required to pay the full cost of the data recovery process in order to receive another copy.
